The Activities tab in Outboundry gives you a complete view of everything happening inside your campaign.
It provides:
A summary of all activities (emails, LinkedIn actions, etc.)
A detailed activity log for every lead
Filters to analyze performance and troubleshoot issues
This helps you understand what actions were executed, their outcomes, and any failures.
What You Can See in the Activities Tab
1. Activity Summary
At the top of the page, you’ll see a high-level summary of all activities performed in the campaign.
This includes metrics like:
Invite Sent / Accepted
Messages Sent / Replied
Emails Sent / Opened / Clicked / Replied
Profile Views, Follows, Likes, etc.
👉 These metrics help you quickly assess campaign performance across channels.
2. Activity Logs
Below the summary, you’ll find a detailed activity log showing every action taken.
Each row represents a single activity performed on a lead.
Columns Explained:
Activity → Action performed (e.g., Send Email, Send Invite)
Lead Name → Prospect associated with the activity
Sender Account → Email/LinkedIn account used
Activity Status → Execution status (e.g., Completed, Scheduled, Failed)
Result → Outcome (e.g., Opened, Replied, Accepted)
Activity Time → Timestamp of the activity
Error Message → Reason for failure (if any)
Activity Statuses
Each activity can have one of the following statuses:
Completed → Activity executed successfully
Scheduled → Activity is planned but not yet executed
Failed → Activity could not be completed
👉 Failed activities will always show a reason in the Error Message column.

You can filter activity logs to quickly find specific data.

If an activity fails:
Check the Error Message column
Identify the issue (e.g., invalid email, connection issue)

Filter by sender to:
Compare performance across accounts
Identify underperforming senders
