In Outboundry, launching a campaign follows this order:
Add Leads
Define Sequence Workflow
Configure Settings (Senders & Limits)
Activate Campaign

🚀 Step 1: Create a New Campaign
Go to the Campaigns tab
Click Create Campaign
Choose Multi-Channel Campaign
You will now enter the campaign setup flow.
👥 Step 2: Add Leads
Before defining your sequence, you must add leads to the campaign.
Go to the Leads tab inside the campaign and import leads using one of the following methods:
LinkedIn Search (Free/Premium)
Sales Navigator Search
LinkedIn Recruiter Search
LinkedIn Post Reactions
CSV Upload
Lead Finder (B2B Database)
Once imported, leads will remain in Not Started status until the campaign is activated.
