Overview
If Outboundry is not sending warmup emails from your connected email account, it’s usually due to system checks, configuration settings, or account-level limits.
In most cases, this is expected behavior—not a bug—and can be resolved by reviewing a few common scenarios.
Common Reasons Why Warmup Emails Are Not Being Sent
1. Newly Connected Email Account
After connecting a new email account, Outboundry may take some time before starting warmup.
Why this happens:
The system performs background validation checks
Your account is added to the warmup pool
Sending schedules are aligned based on availability
⏱️ This process can take several hours before warmup emails begin.
2. Warmup is Paused Due to Plan or Billing
If your account has been downgraded (e.g., from a paid plan to free), warmup activity may be paused automatically.
What to check:
Your current subscription status
Whether warmup is included in your plan
3. Monthly Warmup Limit Reached
Outboundry may enforce a monthly warmup sending limit across your email accounts.
Once this limit is reached:
Warmup emails are paused until the next billing cycle
This helps maintain system quality and prevent abuse.
4. Weekend Sending is Disabled
By default, warmup emails may not be sent on weekends to mimic realistic human behavior.
What you can do:
Enable weekend sending from Warmup Settings if needed
5. Email Provider Blocking or Rejecting Emails
Sometimes your email provider (like Gmail or Outlook) may block or reject warmup emails.
Possible reasons:
Strict security filters
Authentication issues (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
Temporary sending restrictions
If this happens, warmup emails won’t be sent from your account until the issue is resolved.
What Should You Do?
If warmup emails are not being sent:
Wait a few hours if the account was recently connected
Check your subscription plan and limits
Verify warmup settings, including weekend sending
Review your email authentication setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
Check for provider restrictions or errors
When to Contact Support
If none of the above scenarios apply and warmup emails are still not being sent:
There may be a backend or provider-specific issue
Outboundry support can help diagnose and resolve it quickly
Summary
Warmup emails may not be sent due to:
Initial setup delays
Plan or quota limitations
Disabled sending schedules
Email provider restrictions
Most issues are temporary and can be resolved with simple checks.
