How to Import Leads from LinkedIn Recruiter Search into Outboundry

Outboundry allows you to import leads directly from your LinkedIn Recruiter / Recruiter Lite search results and instantly use them in your outreach campaigns.

Step 1: Open LinkedIn Recruiter Search

1. Log in to your LinkedIn account.

2. Navigate to LinkedIn Recruiter or Recruiter Lite.

3. Go to the Search page.

4. Apply your desired filters such as:

   • Job title

   • Location

   • Skills

   • Experience

   • Company

   • Industry

   • Availability

Step 2: Copy the Recruiter Search URL

Once your search results are ready:

1. Look at the browser address bar.

2. Copy the full URL of the Recruiter search page.

Example format:

https://www.linkedin.com/talent/search?searchContextId=...

👉 Important:

• Make sure the URL starts with linkedin.com/talent/search.

• Copy the full URL exactly as shown in the browser.

Step 3: Paste the URL into Outboundry

1. Log in to your Outboundry dashboard.

2. Go to Campaigns.

3. Open an existing campaign or create a new one.

4. Click Add Leads → Select Import from LinkedIn Recruiter Search.

5. Paste the copied Recruiter search URL.

6. Click Import Leads.

Outboundry will automatically start fetching leads from your Recruiter search results.
