HubSpot Integration

Connect Outboundry with HubSpot to automatically synchronize leads, activities, and engagement data between both platforms. This integration helps sales teams keep HubSpot updated with every outreach activity happening inside Outboundry, eliminating manual CRM updates.

For each trigger, you can configure one of the following actions:

Connecting HubSpot

Step 1: Open Integrations

  1. Log in to Outboundry.

  2. Navigate to Settings → Integrations.

  3. Locate HubSpot.

  4. Click Connect App.

Step 2: Authorize HubSpot

  1. Sign in to your HubSpot account.

  2. Select the HubSpot workspace you want to connect.

  3. Review the permissions requested by Outboundry.

  4. Click Connect App.

Once authorization is complete, you'll be redirected back to Outboundry.


Configuring Field Mapping

Field Mapping allows you to define how lead information should sync between Outboundry and HubSpot.

Access Field Mapping

  1. Open Settings → Integrations.

  2. Click the connected HubSpot integration.

  3. Select the Field Mapping tab.

Map Your Fields

On the left side, you'll see Outboundry lead fields such as:

  • Name

  • Email

  • Job Title

  • Latest Status

  • Tag

  • Lead Stage

On the right side, select the corresponding HubSpot Contact Property for each field.

Save Mapping

After completing your mappings:

  1. Review all selected fields.

  2. Click Save.

All future contact synchronization will use these mappings.


Configuring Triggers & Activity Sync

The Triggers & Activity section allows you to automate actions in HubSpot whenever activity occurs inside Outboundry.

Access Triggers

  1. Open the connected HubSpot integration.

  2. Click the Triggers & Activity tab.

Each trigger can be enabled independently using the toggle switch.

For every enabled trigger, select the HubSpot action you want Outboundry to perform.

Disconnecting HubSpot

To disconnect HubSpot:

  1. Navigate to Settings → Integrations.

  2. Open the HubSpot integration.

  3. Click Disconnect.

  4. Confirm the action.

After disconnecting, no new contacts or activities will sync between Outboundry and HubSpot.

Can I map custom HubSpot properties?

Yes. Any HubSpot contact property available in your account, including custom properties, can be used in Field Mapping.

Can I enable multiple triggers?

Yes. Each trigger can be enabled independently and configured with its own HubSpot action.

Can different triggers perform different actions?

Yes. For example:

Does the integration sync historical activities?
